Big news for buyers, sellers, and agents—FHFA has officially released the new 2026 conforming loan limits, and they’ve increased again. That means more purchasing power and more borrowers qualifying for conventional financing instead of jumping into jumbo.

Here are the new Florida limits:
➡️ 1-Unit: $832,750
➡️ 2-Unit: $1,066,250
➡️ 3-Unit: $1,288,800
➡️ 4-Unit: $1,601,750

As expected, the Federal Reserve did not make any changes to interest rates today keeping the rates at 4.25-4.5%. The central bank is still projecting just two rate cuts in 2025.
