Closing day calls for a celebration! 🏡🎉

Congratulations to my buyers on closing on this gorgeous home yesterday! It has its own movie area, and can we talk about that primary closet? I’m a little jealous. 😂

Everything went smoothly until the final week threw us a few curveballs. I’m so grateful my buyers trusted me to guide them through it. We got everything taken care of and made it to the closing table!

There’s just something really cool about dropping my little one off at elementary school and seeing my banner hanging on the fence. 🥹❤️

I absolutely LOVE being able to support the school and the people who pour so much into our kids every single day. Being part of this community means so much more to me than just doing business here — this is where we live, where we’re raising our kids, and where we’re building our life.

And yes… seeing The Tattooed Agent hanging up there during morning drop-off makes me smile every time. 😂🏡

🦘🔑 I think it’s time to officially introduce the newest member of The Tattooed Agent team… meet KEYROO!

If my personality could somehow turn into a real estate mascot, I’m pretty sure this would be it. 😂

KeyRoo is always on the move, carrying way too many things at once, probably running on caffeine, and most importantly… he ALWAYS finds a way.

And honestly, that’s exactly how I approach real estate.

Buying or selling a home doesn’t always go perfectly according to Plan A. Inspections happen. Appraisals happen. Financing gets complicated. Timelines change. Sometimes a transaction throws us a curveball we never saw coming.

My job isn’t just to open a door and write a contract. It’s to educate you, communicate with you, stay on top of all those moving pieces, solve problems when they come up, and keep looking for the next solution.

Basically… KeyRoo and I were made for each other. 😂
