Our office has professionals who comb through the data, WHAT ACRUAL BUYERS ARE LOOKING FOR and know that price per square foot isn’t the whole story ... Zillow doesn’t know ceiling heights, layouts, buyers wants etc ... our office is so accurate with a home sale analysis, that even in a slow market, we average 95% to 100% list to sales price ratio!!
