Realtor.com® researchers analyzed housing supply across the 50 largest U.S. metros and named the top 10 buyer’s markets, mostly in the South and West. Riverside, CA, joined the list at No. 7.

Overall, buyer’s markets are expanding, with 18 metros now offering more than six months of supply.
