Don’t walk into a new construction community without me! Builder reps are there for the company NOT the buyer. Make sure you have representation from day 1! It does NOT cost you a nickel and you get a professional and advocate in your corner.

So many folks have come to me after the fact with problems, strange demands from the builder, or bigger issues and at that point a Realtor’s hands are tied. The buyers biggest regret was not reaching out to me first! 813.613.5601.
