Amanda Siftar; a Tampa native, has successfully applied over 16 years of extensive marketing and sales experience to assist buyers and sellers with their residential real estate needs. Amanda began her career working for Smith and Associates Real Estate Inc.; the largest luxury real estate firm in Tampa, before founding her own team – The Siftar Group brokered by EXP Realty. Amanda began her career by working with developers in selling large-scale condominium and townhome communities. Amanda is a skilled storyteller, and she understands how to create an emotional response when selling a home. Her ability to organize and attention to detail allows her clients to be aware of all stages of the process from negotiation to closing. Amanda advocates for her buyers, providing invaluable knowledge and strategies that have taken years to develop. Amanda is committed to giving back to the community by donating time to various non-profits in Tampa including New Life Warehouse; an organization that helps foster families, trafficking victims, and other families in need. She is also a member of the non-profit organization MOMS Offering Moms Support, which provides support for mothers and children in the community, and Westchase Gals; a group of women that support our local businesses.
