This closing is bittersweet 🩷 I helped my clients purchase this home after we sold their Sun City home 3 years ago, and today we officially sold it.
It’s not easy say goodbye but my client will carry these memories with her as she moves into the next chapter. 🏡
From a market perspective- I am excited to report that we had this home under contract in 9 short days and closed at full price! 🙌

Applying for a mortgage won't be the only time you hear the term "hard credit check"; applying for any loan may result in one. You may also hear the term "soft credit check." Unlike a hard credit check, a soft credit check typically does not affect your credit score and may be used for things like background checks.
