Tina M. Robles, Realtor Real Estate Professional since 2013, in Tampa Bay. A real estate professional since 2010, I'm a dedicated Realtor with deep roots in The Tampa Bay area.

An active member of The National Association of Realtors®, Florida Realtors®, and Suncoast Tampa Association of Realtors®. I attended kindergarten through college in Tampa, and studied Mass Communications in college with aspirations of becoming a journalist before signing a deal with Arista/Sony Records as a Recording Artist. During my years in the music industry, I was based out of New York City,

Miami, and Atlanta, and was involved first hand in all of my business affairs, honed my skills in negotiation and marketing, and traveled extensively worldwide. After, a successful career in the Music Business, I returned to beautiful Tampa Bay, married and eventually started a family. I remain involved in local performing arts, and as a mother of 2 young children, I have been an active executive board member of the PTA, serving as President and Vice-President. Through my involvement in the school system, I can provide clients with great insight on the many education options available in our Bay Area magnet, charter, community, private and public schools. Over the years I have watched this great city grow and thrive, and can knowledgeably guide clients according to their residential needs and personal desires. As a highly trained professional, I will focus extensively on technology, and rely on my skills in marketing, social media marketing, communication, and negotiation, to effectively market my properties. I listen to my buyer's needs, and educate them on all that the Tampa Bay area has to offer. It is my goal to secure the best possible deal for my clients, with the least amount of inconvenience to them. I am a personable, organized, loyal, and an easy to work with professional who prides myself on offering superb customer service, and will enthusiastically walk my clients through the process of one of life's most important decisions. Day 1 and 2 of yard clean up. Just some yard fallen branches, and damaged patio screen is all we experienced. Feeling incredibly fortunate to have not taken the direct hit of Hurricane Ian, as predicted just days from landfall. We are counting our Blessings and praying for everyone who is suffering the massive devastation in south Florida! Excited to announce that my brokerage expanded and closed on a new location in historic Hyde Park in South Tampa. Close to Downtown, Hyde Park Village, and just steps from beautiful Bayshore Boulevard, and for the convenience of serving our clients on the south end of town. The historic brick building will house Agile Group Realty, Digital Title Solutions and MDRN Insurance. With an opening date scheduled for November, our current location in New Tampa will continue to be full service! Now it will be even easier for me to assist clients with their real estate needs from north to south Tampa.
