We are a few days away from the 2023 Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, California! I am taking my 89 year old Grandma Audrey! This is a bucket list item for her (and me) and I'm so excited!!!

Hey ya'll. This sabbatical has been a whirlwind, lemme tell ya!
A big part of it has been studying yoga & Eastern philosophy. This proverb sums up what I am learning in a big way. I didn't just press pause on my career; I basically paused every part of my life. I realized I was rushing to the next thing, the next goal, the next client. I was missing SO much in my own life. Right now I'm learning about balance and taking this step back has allowed me to get a much wider perspective. I'm so grateful I even had the opportunity to take time away from working. I feel so blessed and so thankful for my support group being there for me during this reset! Am I ready to go back into the workforce? Nope, taking it one day at a time. But man, have I become grateful for time! It feels so good to be able to go slow and absorb every moment 💙
