Some houses are just… home, the moment you walk in.
When I first stepped inside this one, I felt that familiar peace you can’t quite put into words. It needed a ton of work but I still felt comfortable. It wasn't until later that I realized why—it reminded me so much of my childhood home in Ohio.
When I brought my Dad down from Ohio, he thought it was his house. In his confusion, he would look around and smile, saying, “I’ve done pretty well for myself.” It was so sweet and I am so grateful to have had a space that gave him peace. 😊
Over the past few years, I poured my heart, time, and resources into making this home shine—renovating, updating, and creating spaces that I hoped felt warm, beautiful, and welcoming. A place where family could visit, laugh, and share life together.
This home has held so many memories—some sad but mostly quiet moments of comfort, family gatherings, and echoes of my Dad’s voice. As I let it go, I’m holding onto the warmth, love, and peace it gave me every day I was here. 💛
This is what I love the most about real estate. I get to play a part in what opens a whole new set of experiences and memories for my clients, while I get to watch it all unfold.
Here’s to the next chapter… and to always carrying those memories with me. I am officially homeless. 🤣
What's next? ✈️🤷🏼♀️🏡
