Each class is 6 consecutive weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with our classes starting at 8:30 AM and ending at 5:30 PM.

A great leaning environment. We have 2 older structures that allow us to review the process of the inspection for each item commonly addressed during your home inspection.

Hello,

I'm Anthony Galvez, the Instructor at the Florida Home Inspector Institute.

You know, as a business we seek students to teach. We would like to see if we could get some feedback from the people who have attended our 120 hour Florida Approved Home Inspection course located in Tampa.

We want to see if they could give us some feedback on their life after leaving this school. The course is a 120 hours and it's a lot of work.

There is a State exam you have to take, then you have to open up your business so there's a lot of things that happened after the course but I would like to see how our alumni has done since they left the class.

Our Class is starting January 29th, this Saturday.

You don't have to pay the entire tuition all at once. People pay in progress with the class.

Most start with $450 and pay as they go. Ofcourse, we can't issue a Certificate of Completion if the tuition isn't paid in full and pass the final exam but we try to work with the students who can't afford the tuition in one payment.
