Giovanny first obtained his real estate license in 2005 in Chicago where he worked in residential real estate acquiring property for his clients, he acquired real estate pre-foreclosure and through judicial sales. Giovanny managed the acquisition, redevelopment, and resale of real estate realizing positive net gains. Giovanny has Bachelor's Degrees in Criminology and Political Science from the University of Miami, and a Masters Degree in Homeland Security. Giovanny's varying skills have been acquired through his mixed experience of Real Estate, Financial Services, and Program Management for the Department of Homeland Security. His experience in Financial Services gives Giovanny an understanding of financial planning that greatly benefits his clients as they make one of the most important investments of their lives. Giovanny finds joy in working with his clients and using his skills and experience to helping them buy or sell their homes. His ability to find common ground and understanding has made him successful with both his clients and in real estate negotiations.
