I’m officially a Military Relocation Professional (MRP)! 🇺🇸🏡

This one means a little extra to me. ❤️

I’ve always believed that real estate is about so much more than buying and selling houses. It’s about people, their families, their stories, and helping make big life transitions feel a little less overwhelming.

Military families make incredible sacrifices, and moving can mean leaving behind a home, friends, routines, and everything familiar, then starting over somewhere new. I want to be the person who helps make that process easier.

Earning my MRP certification gives me additional training and resources to better understand the unique needs of military families navigating a move, especially those relocating to the Tampa Bay area.

I’m incredibly grateful that I get to do work that allows me to help people during some of the biggest moments of their lives. Being trusted with something as important as finding a place to call home is something I never take for granted. 🏡❤️

To all of our military members and their families, thank you for your service and sacrifice. It would be an honor to help you feel at home here in Tampa Bay. 🇺🇸

Recently toured some beautiful new construction builder model homes in the Tampa Bay Area, and they were definitely designed to make you stop and dream a little. ✨

Model homes are meant to be beautiful, but here’s the part buyers need to remember:

Not everything you see is included.

When touring new construction, always ask:

• What comes standard?
• What is an upgrade?
• Are there lot premiums?
• What incentives are available?
• Can I bring my own agent?

The fun part is falling in love with the home. The smart part is knowing what you’re actually buying.

Before you visit a model home, let’s talk first. It could save you money, stress, and surprises.
