We’re on track to complete remaining pre-construction sales within the next 60 days, triggering construction to begin on or before March 31st.

Once this inventory is sold, pricing is expected to increase by 40% and continue rising through construction. By June 30, 2026, buyers will have 30% equity, translating to a projected 133% return on equity in as little as six months.
