The Team has an extensive amount of foreign buyer and seller experience. Lotte Rogers was born and raised in Denmark. At 19 years of age her spirit of adventure brought her to New York City as an Au Pair. 1 year turned into 30 years of living in the States. She settled in Tampa Bay in 1999 and obtained her license in 2000. She has successfully worked full time as a Realtor since. With a stealth reputation for customer satisfaction she continues to get results. Lotte prides herself of being tenacious and candid. She believes in educating her clients so they can make an informed decision. You will be in good hands with this Viking representing you. Lotte holds the coveted designations of Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Residential Construction Certified (RCC) & New Home Specialist (CNHS) and is currently working on obtaining her Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS)

Pia Ellison was born and raised in Denmark. She moved to the states in 2002 to join her sister in Tampa Bay. She holds a degree in Economics and International Marketing in addition she is also a book keeper by trade. Pia has worked as a Team Administrator for 10 years where she gained invaluable knowledge about the in's and out's of real estate. Recently licensed she is ready to put her wealth of skills to great use. Detail oriented, persistent and organized she is someone you want to go to work for you. Pia holds the designations SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and CPRES (Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist)
