Property Management Company seeking for immediate hire an articulate, energetic experienced Property Manager to join our team.
Some tasks included in position are conducting property tours, communicating with prospective renters, process applications, taking and schedule service repairs, providing extraordinary customer service, scheduling appts, taking the lead on marketing efforts and community outreach, planning resident events and administrative tasks. Must be able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must have property management, social media and software experience, clean driving record and pass background check.
The work week is 8-5 Monday - Friday, schedule can vary and include some Saturday hours for tours.
Salary range will be based on experience. We are seeking someone to grow as the portfolio grows. Current unit count 125.
Please note this position is for several properties, company car is provided for daytime travel to each location. Must have a clean driving record.
