One thing about us, WE’RE TRANSPARENT.
The client for this project is a real estate investor who had just purchased a rental property. His main goal was to get the look he wanted while keeping the renovation budget as low as possible.
So, where did we save?
1. Standard white shaker cabinets. Classic, clean, and budget friendly.
2. Standard 3” x 6” subway tile. We kept the backsplash simple and affordable.
3. Level 1 quartz countertops. An entry level quartz option that still gives a beautiful finished look.
4. Amazon fixtures. Instead of choosing higher end designer selections, we sourced affordable fixtures from Amazon.
5. No structural changes. Keeping the existing layout helped avoid additional construction costs.
For the flooring, we went with LVP. This wasn’t a major savings on this particular project because the client wanted a specific color, but flooring is another area where you can potentially save depending on your selections.
DISCLAIMER: Every kitchen is different. Your final cost will depend on the size of your space, the number of cabinets needed, your material and finish selections, labor, and several other factors.
