Janet Cramer - Realtor

Janet Cramer - Realtor Whether you need to sell your home, buy a new one, or both, contact me: an experienced professional, to get you the best place at the best price!!

After graduating from Penn State in 1997, I moved to Carrollwood and fell in love! I first obtained my Real Estate license in 2003 and loved everything involved with buying and selling real estate that I even got my real estate appraisal trainee certification as well. After having my second child, I gave up real estate for a while and maintained a yoga teaching and personal training business but am now back in the North Tampa Real Estate Market! Some things in the business have changed since I first started with inception of electronic signatures, social media, and real estate apps. But the personal connection between agent and client has remained! I feel honored to help families find their home and often their biggest investment! I also love helping clients through the sale of their often most emotionally charged possession. I am patient and driven to help my clients achieve their goal (and am loving the technology we now enjoy to more easily find the home of your dreams!)
