I am incredibly proud of our daughter Carissa. When I was 18, I landed a job in property management that lasted 32 years before transitioning into real estate. During her middle school years, I took her to work with me during the summers, teaching her the industry's ins and outs. At age 18, she secured her first job as a leasing consultant, with me as her manager of a 540 single family home rental comminty. She left our community 2 years later for a management position at age 20. She worked her way up to high-level positions on her own. It's been an honor to watch her grow, and follow the same path I took, both of us, at the same age. Congratulations, Carissa!
