Like this one: stop waiting for 3% interest rates to come back. We had a good time. We made memories. 😂 But your real estate decision should be based on your finances, your goals, and what makes sense for your life today.

And honestly, half the fun is knowing exactly what people mean when they mention I-275 at rush hour (especially anywhere near Downtown Tampa).

It might not make sense to everyone, but if you live here, you probably wouldn’t trade most of it anyway.
