This man articulated what I’ve been struggling to put into words. Since COVID, I have gone from truly being enamored with my work and the sense of purpose it gave me, to having a front-row seat to the most egregious wealth transfer ever seen in this country. I got into the business to change lives through education & leveraging resources to enable first time home buyers to achieve “The American Dream.” I do everything I can to operate with integrity while making a living in this business, but my heart has been broken in more ways than I can articulate. Watching hardworking people be further exploited and ultimately locked out of housing has changed me. It’s radicalized me more than I ever have been before. Housing is a human right.

We love a trifecta 😍 Despite a turbulent market, my sellers are doing well 💪 This new listing has been up for 24hrs and I wouldn't be surprised if we found a buyer before our Open House this Sunday. Prices are coming down, sure. But we're still swimming in equity. Well presented & priced listings are still selling. SELLERS! Please look at the chart I've attached-- the market is rapidly shifting in favor of buyers. With inventory levels on the rise, consumer confidence and affordability at all time lows, buyers have options and leverage.

Thankfully, my relocation seller listened to my advice and we've been able to secure a strong buyer 🙌 We're all navigating this together in real time. With the proper preparation and expectations, we can get listings sold.
