You could say I started up my career path into real estate at an early age. My dad was an architect, and I grew up roaming about construction sites with him. (In fact, I still have the hard hat I wore back then.) That background clearly influenced my decision to become a Certified New Home Specialist and an Allied Member of the American Institute of Architects after earning my bachelor's degree in business management and getting licensed in real estate.
I always advise buyers who are considering buying new construction to please speak with a real estate agent BEFORE searching for their home, and I explain to them why they'll need a professional on their side.
For sellers, I stress the importance of having the strongest presence possible online and – after 10 years of experience driving internet traffic at .com start-ups – I know how to accomplish that.
