About Kristina!

Kristina was born and raised right in Tampa, Florida! As a Tampa native, she witnessed its great shift from a quiet mid-sized city full of big ideas to an energized international business hub with a flourishing downtown life and expansive suburbs! Her intimate knowledge of Tampa, and her experiences of having lived in Tampa all her life, give her an enthusiasm and a desire to make her home, your home.

Before becoming a Realtor® she spent 16 years in the design and hospitality industry. Along with a tight team, she developed a wonderful eye for detail and a knack for problem solving. After a family health scare, and having a general need for change, she entered the wide world of Real Estate and hasn’t looked back!

Kristina works with buyers and sellers! She also caters to those relocating to the Tampa Bay Area or purchasing a second home in this amazing city. She strives to demonstrate honesty, integrity and commitment, (as well as a little fun!), into every real estate transaction. While working in partnership with you to understand your needs and to best represent your interests, she will help you realize your Real Estate goals quickly and positively. Clients appreciate her flexibility, low pressure sales, patience, ability to listen and hear what a client wants! She believes wholeheartedly that customer service comes first!

When she’s not buying and selling fabulous homes, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her cuddly pets. She spends time volunteering with her dog, Roxie, anywhere that needs a little extra love and comfort from a four-legged furry friend. She loves to travel, especially by car (with or without her RV), to see every possible back road and secret turn on the way to any destination. As a self labelled ‘nerd’ she loves PC games, and all manner of books, movies and stage plays. She’s a terrible cook and a fantastic baker! If she ever offers you lemon blossoms, TAKE THEM! She loves a good DIY project and going antiquing/thrifting/sale-ing for old treasures and things to upcycle! Throw in a little chocolate and a lot of technology and that about does it!
