🚨🏡 SOLD. 🏡🚨 This is another one for the books. I met these sellers a few years ago when I was looking for a townhome for a friend. At the time, these sellers weren’t sure they wanted to sell, but they tossed around the idea. My friend ended up buying a different unit but the sellers and I stayed in communication. They said they’d call when the time came (something us realtors hear quite often.) At the end of 2025, I received the call that they were ready so their prep began. Their honestly and loyalty meant everything and I was determined to take care of them. We ended up getting a couple offers, but one was perfect. Aside from the price and terms, the buyer’s agent, , was awesome. We worked together seamlessly and I couldn’t be more thankful. A huge congratulations to my sellers and his buyers. What a great transaction. I love my job.

For as long as I can remember, golf has been a part of my life. My dad always wanted my brother and I to play, but golf wasn’t cool to us (until changed the game). We chose BMX, skateboarding, basketball and football over golf and it drove my dad crazy. All over our house growing up were photos of my dad playing the world’s best golf courses, but there was one photo that always stuck out. The photo of my dad, my uncle and their best friends standing on the famous Hogan Bridge at Augusta National Golf Club. With a member list over just over 300 people, you won’t find many people in your circle who can say they’ve played Augusta National…but these guys did. As I got older, I realized, my dad was right…I should have played golf and not those other sports. My interest in golf increased over the years and since I was a teenager, I applied for tickets to go to . It’s the only course I ever wanted to go to and experience. Year after year, decline after decline, it was always the disappointment of the year…until last year. At 45 years old, I was finally selected for the tickets and I’ve never been happier. My wife, , didn’t want to go initially…but I forced her and I’m so glad I did. It was a day that I’ll never forget and only pray to experience it again. We started at hole one and walked every hole. We ate every snack. Climbed every hill. We embraced and soaked it all in. The weather was perfect and the course is something words just simply cannot describe. After the year I experienced last year, this was just what I needed to reset, reboot and recharge. Slow everything down and focus on what matters most. Thank you so much Augusta National, and for the memories. ⛳️ 🏌️

🚨👟 👟🚨 It’s a special Championship Sunday. Back in July of 2025, I received the news that I’ve been waiting to hear since I was a teenager. “You’ve been selected” to go to . It was a day I’ll never forget and I wanted to cry. I couldn’t wait for 2026. To make this trip even more special and memorable, for Christmas I created custom, matching Dunks in The Masters colorway. Gum sole, soft pebbled leather (green, white and yellow) with the yellow laces. Embroidered on the left heal was the zipcode to Augusta National and on the right was 2026. It was created as a keepsake for us both to remember April 8, 2026. While I didn’t get a chance to wear mine on the trip, Shari received so many compliments on hers. I’d say they are 1-of-1 but they are actually 2-of-2. This will forever go down as the most meaningful kicks in my collection. I pray that I get an opportunity to go back. ⛳️ 🏌️ Let’s go

🚨👟 👟🚨 Damn, it’s been a while. This is my first Jordan x Union LA collab. I’ve tried for others but they are usually so hard to get. I figured these would be even harder because it is also a collaboration with Fragment, but I got lucky. This must be my year because I finally hit and they are freaking sweet. Quality is insane.,The leather is unlike any other Jordan sneaker I own. I like the color combo on this one as well. They arrived in an all black box with special tissue paper and multiple colored laces. I’m not sure which I’m going to pick. So many are rolling with the yellow laces but I might go red/black.

🚨🏡 SOLD. 🏡🚨 This was another bittersweet one. When your friend’s parents ask if you can sell their home, the obvious answer is “of course.” When I received this call, I was very surprised to hear they were moving, but I understand why. Before we listed the home, I made a couple promises: 1) No one is going to out work me 2) I would never let them down or steer them in the wrong direction. We came to market and everyone who viewed this home, absolutely loved it. It was so meticulously cared for and you felt it the minute you entered. We were told it was at the top of many buyer’s list but for some reason the offer wasn’t following the feedback. We stayed patient and I continuously sent market updates. Homes around us kept slashing prices, trying to chase the market. My sellers asked if we should do the same…but I was confident where it was priced. I knew our competitors and knew whoever got this house, was getting a sweet deal and a great home. The showings continued until we found the perfect buyer who was represented by a great agent. Working together we breezed through terms and conditions of the contract and ended with a successful closing. I’m sure going to miss these sellers, but I know they will be back. So blessed and grateful for this opportunity.

🚨🏡 SOLD. 🏡🚨 “That’s why I called Mike.” I met this family very early in my career and we’ve been friends ever since. They were a young family at the time, just like and I. Our son, Vincent, was almost 3 and their son was a few years older. Just like me, their son loved sports and I thought he was super cool. 🚨🏡 SOLD. 🏡🚨 Last week’s closing was a special one. This buyer grew up in my hometown but we didn’t know each other. Who she did know, is more important. She knew aka the real estate guru. Roi is a close childhood friend and someone I consulted before making a career change into this wild business 11 years ago. He is someone I often find myself taking notes from and knowing he trusted me with his friend meant so much. This buyer is awesome and she made home shopping fun. Coming from up north and moving to Tampa, she really trusted me to help. We saw some unique properties, experienced some unrealistic sellers until we ultimately landed on the sweetest deal in all of Tampa Bay. With the support of my trusted inspector, I know she got herself a great home. I’m so happy for her and the pups. New incredible job and new gorgeous house…I’d say her 2026 is off to a great start.
