First look at our Bathroom tour 🤩

09/24/2026

Whew, I’ve been a little quiet over here, but I promise I haven’t disappeared! 😂🏡✨

Between keeping up with Vintage Pleasant Grove’s social media, leasing, tours, construction updates, and everything else that comes with opening a brand-new apartment community, your girl has been BUSY!

Today we walked 43 apartment homes for acceptance! Tomorrow, we finish up the stairwells, and our first building will be one step closer to welcoming its very first residents! 🔑

Our temporary model apartment also got its furniture and designer touches today, which means we FINALLY have a furnished model to show our future residents! 😍

And because apparently I don’t know how to call it a day, I managed to squeeze in one last tour right before heading home. 😂

Watching this community go from a construction site to actual HOMES is such a rewarding experience. There’s so much happening behind the scenes that people don’t see, but every day we’re getting closer to opening those doors!

Building a community from the ground up, one hard hat, one apartment, and one iced coffee at a time. ☕👷🏼‍♀️

Go shine anyway. ✨

Saturday photo dump 📸✨

A little bit of this, a little bit of that, and a whole lot of just living life. Nothing fancy, just everyday moments, random adventures, and making memories along the way.

Because not every day needs a special occasion to be worth remembering. 🤎

Little lease-up win today! 🙌💙

Since our gym and pool at Vintage Pleasant Grove will still be under construction when we begin welcoming our first residents, I wanted to find a way to give them another option in the meantime.

So today I went out and started building our SMART Partners program and it looks like the YMCA will be our very first partner! 🏋️‍♀️🏊‍♀️

They’re working out the final details for what they’ll be able to offer our residents, so I’ll share more once everything is official.

This is the part of property management I love finding ways to take care of residents before they even move in. 🥹

One partner down… Mt. Juliet businesses, I’m coming for y’all next. 😂🤝

Details coming soon! ✨
