Ominous real estate news this morning. Florida topped the nation in new foreclosures in October with 4,136. Additionally, Tampa's foreclosures in October were most among all metro areas with over 1 million population. On the positive side, the rate of foreclosure filings pales in comparison to the housing crisis of 2008.
