Maricruz Medina is a diligent Real Estate Broker and co-Founder of Time International Realty, a real estate firm whose mission is to make homeownership accessible to everyone. Driven by her passion for providing high value to all her clients, her priority is to be available for them right from the very beginning - from buying a starter home to a vacation home by the water where they can park their

boat by the gorgeous Floridian beach , and even to selling their home when the children move out. Being able to also guide the children as they embark on the next stage of their lives is a great pleasure for Maricruz who enjoys teaching people how they can build generational wealth by seizing the opportunities that real estate affords. Her focus is to empower them to embrace financial independence through owning a home and house hacking, attaining cash-flowing investment properties, and building a passive income that will provide them with the lifestyle and retirement they deserve. It all stems from Maricruz’s love for Florida which embedded within her DNA right from her childhood. Her Peruvian mom first migrated to Venezuela where Maricruz was born and their family would later move to the U.S. Growing up in Miami and watching its skyline grow over the years ignited within her an interest in real estate. This inspired her to transition into the industry where she leverages her extensive sales and marketing knowledge and experience to ensure her clients realize their property goals. Maricruz currently lives in Tampa and is witnessing the same amazing developments transforming her home. Blending her invaluable insights on both Miami and Tampa Bay with her designation as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), she enthusiastically shares the joys of living and investing in Florida with both locals and international clientele in line with her firm’s slogan that Florida Doesn’t Have To Wait.
