About Our Founder
Omar was born in Puerto Rico, his family relocated to Miami when he was three years old.
While in Miami he learned English while watching football, which developed his love for sports, the Miami Dolphins and Hurricanes.
After several years in Miami, his family relocated to Polk County where he fell in love with History and Real Estate which are very much related.
After attending college Omar began his path in real estate, starting out in property management where he learned about the short term rental/ vacation market. After three years in property management Omar expanded his knowledge base in real estate by obtaining his Real Estate license; from here he specialized in the short term rental market.
