In truth, I cannot put into words all the expertise that "Dee" brought to the selling of my house. First, the market was in quite a state of flux; but "Dee" saw many different approaches to how to be successful. As an out of state seller, she dealt with me as if I was a neighbor and did not slack in anyway because of the distance; my experience in the past with long distance sells was never as professional. Bottom line, she goes to bat for you and sees options that other sellers do not grasp. It was a great experience working with her.
