🌻 Vendor Spotlight 🌻
Meet one of our hardworking local growers who brings a little bit of everything to the market each week! Since starting the farm in 2019 on family land, this vendor has been growing a beautiful mix of fresh-cut flowers, vegetables, herbs, and potted plants—with help from dad at Saturday markets. 🌱
You’ll find vibrant bouquets featuring zinnias, sunflowers, celosia, and statice, along with wildflowers like coreopsis, daisies, Queen Anne’s lace, and more. Their stand is always full of seasonal goodness—from radishes and beets to tomatoes, squash, cucumbers, and even watermelon and cantaloupe as the season progresses.
Looking ahead to the May 16th market, keep an eye out for fresh wildflowers, snapdragons, lilies, mint, and stock (weather permitting), plus vegetables like cucumbers, zucchini, onions, string beans, and more. They’ll also have plenty of potted plants ready to take home!
And don’t miss the homemade goods—canned vegetables and jams made by their mom using farm-grown produce. Favorites include pickled beets, relish, cowboy candy (jalapeños & banana peppers), and strawberry and blackberry jam. 🍓
When they’re not at the market, you can visit their honor system stand at 1273 Wellfords Wharf Road.
Come out and support this local farm and enjoy the variety they bring to our community market! 💐
