Hello! I’m looking for a ROOMMATE below is my information about my household.
SINGLE FAMILY HOME FOR RENT TO SHARE WITH OWNER IN
SIMSBURY, CT
Located in Weatogue, CT, which is a village within the town of Simsbury.
Cute Cape Cod style house in a safe, friendly neighborhood; nice sized landscaped yard, paver patio, small shed and small garage (not for a vehicle).
House has a secure enclosed breezeway entrance, full kitchen, diningroom, livingroom,
2 bedrooms, 2 full baths
and a finished lower level that is unfurnished but available. One bedroom is owner occupied. Renter will have full use of these spaces with the exception of the owner’s bedroom.
Specifically looking for a single female roommate who is clean, quiet, respectful, responsible and a non-smoker, non-partier. MUST be financially stable with references.
Short term renters such as post-grad college students, medical professionals on temporary assignment,
and other personnel in the medical field such as traveling doctors or nurses are encouraged to inquire.
$1600/month includes
heat, hot water, a/c, wi-fi, tv, new washer and dryer, trash/recycling/snow removal and yard maintenance.
NO KIDS/NO PETS (owner has two people-friendly cats)
My home is located
only a few minutes from the Greenway Pathway for biking, running or walking;
the Farmington River for kayaking, tubing, fishing and swimming;
Talcott Mountain and Penwood Forest Hiking trails;
Nod Wildlife Management area; and
Downtown Simsbury for specialty and grocery shopping, markets, restaurants, pharmacies, gas stations, pubs and medical/professional services facilities.
First month rent of $1600 plus $500 security deposit is due at signing.
Security deposit will be refunded at the end of the lease following a clean inspection of the house.
Legal rental agreement will be completed by my lawyer at my expense. Background check will be completed by my lawyer at the renters expense.
