Her family has been in the Bridgewater area for more than 5 generations. Members of her family have been on multiple town boards as well as the police force. Before starting her real estate career, Ashley was a paralegal. She graduated college with a degree in Paralegal Studies. After college she started working in Boston where she was a paralegal for multiple areas of law including Elder Law, Social Security Law, Estate Planning, and Business Immigration. During her paralegal career she provided executive level support to the firm’s clients and 20+ attorneys. At the beginning of her real estate career, she worked as a transaction coordinator and marketing manager for a local real estate team servicing over 60 properties per year. Ashley is no stranger to deadlines or paperwork, but it is the customer service she gives that makes her stand out. Ashley believes this is a customer service business with sales being secondary. It is no surprise that Ashley operates with an 90% referral base.
