Hershoff, Lupino & Yagel welcome Stephanie Newell to the team.
Stephanie has devoted her legal career to practicing marital and family law, including divorce, child custody, alimony, child support, relocation, and modification actions.
Originally from Rhode Island, Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science from Roger Williams University, where she double majored in English Literature and Legal Studies.
Stephanie then moved to Miami to pursue her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, Stephanie served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Sarah Zabel and an Extern for the Honorable Scott Bernstein. Stephanie was also President of the Child Advocacy and Family Law Society, Vice President of the Student Bar Association, and a member of the International and Comparative Law Review.
While attending law school, Stephanie worked as a law clerk for a family law firm, where she assisted with marital and family cases. Upon passing the bar, Stephanie became an associate attorney at this firm, practicing exclusively marital and family law.
Stephanie is excited to bring her knowledge and passion for family law to Hershoff, Lupino, and Yagel, LLP.
