🗣️ Nationwide, homes are selling for roughly $26,000 below the median asking price as sellers still have expectations of a post-covid market.
🌴HERE in KEY LARGO, homes are selling for roughly $145,000 below the median asking price. With a median asking price of $895,000 and a median sales price of $750,000 in Key Largo, suggests that the market is likely favoring buyers and is experiencing some degree of cooling. 🪭
