Jason, a criminal justice graduate, has a masters from the University of Cincinnati. Kim has a bachelor's degree in corrections from Eastern Kentucky University. Both are mentored by Cindy Cahill, Jason's trusted realtor for 20 years. Away from work, Kim is a proud mother and grandmother, with a creative streak for crafting. Our family is hoping to find a multi‑generational property in Northern Kentucky.

We’re looking for at least 3 acres, ideally with a pond, inground pool, and an outbuilding with water/electric for business and storage.

A setup that already supports multi‑generational living (or has space to create it) would be perfect. Boone, Kenton, or Campbell counties all work.
