🏡 Our home at 8523 Crozat Street is officially for sale.

Now that we've been live for a few days, Kim and I wanted to share it again this time with a little more than just “we're on the market.”

We lived here, so we know the things that don't necessarily jump out from a real estate listing.

It's 3,549 finished sq. ft. across three finished levels, with 3 bedrooms, 3 full + 1 half baths, a finished walkout lower level, remodeled primary bath, fresh paint and carpet, and a 2-car garage.
