Three weeks ago I said no more excuses. 💪🏼 I got tired of being tired and making excuses.
I kept telling Mariah I needed to work and didn’t have time to focus on essential things like proper nutrition and vitamins. I made excuses to grab a slice of pizza 🍕 or a burger 🍔 because it was easier than thinking about what I should eat.

I sacrificed sleep 😴 and the gym 🏋️ for work. I made excuses about why I couldn’t run around with my girls. I would tell them daddy was too tired, or that my back and knees hurt.

My blood pressure skyrocketed. My cholesterol was high. I became prediabetic.

God’s Word says we will face many trials and tribulations. In life you have to choose your hard.

Staying unhealthy is hard.
Changing your life is hard.

But I choose the hard that leads to life. 🙏🏼

From 217 lbs to 204 lbs.
13 pounds down in almost 3 weeks. 📉🔥

This is just the beginning.

The purpose of honoring my body is so I can fully enjoy the gift of life and the family God blessed me with 🙏🏼❤️
When I stopped protecting my health, everything started to suffer- my energy ⚡️ my mindset 🧠 my discipline.
I’m choosing to do better. I’m choosing stewardship 💪🏼🔥
Thank You Jesus for grace and another chance ✝️
