Happy Monday everyone! Today, CLP Investments LLC had the honor and privilege to partner with Wayne Clark and help close this opportunity and provide funding for his first flip/rehab project. Mr. Clark reached out to us a little over a month ago and expressed interest in getting into real estate and pursued a hard money loan, and after several conversations, walking the property, and strategic forecasting, we came to an agreement and sealed the deal. We want to thank Mr. Clark for choosing to do business with us, and we can’t wait to celebrate when the project is done and how well he will make out, with this opportunity.
