Seeking a motivated individual with trade skills for Maintenance Technician for apartments, duplexes, and single family homes in the Tecumseh/Shawnee area. Skills and experience in plumbing, electrical (appliances), carpentry, painting and general maintenance is preferred. Troubleshooting work orders, turning vacant units, and working with outside contractors will be required. A professional manner, interpersonal and organizational skills are needed as position works closely with property manager, tenants, and outside contractors.

Full or part-time available. Pay is commensurate with experience. Employer provides health insurance, 401k plan, & vacation for full time employees. Please submit resumes and contact information.
