Jamtine Investments is thrilled to announce the closing on The Park At Blanding in Jacksonville, Florida! This 117-unit apartment complex is located in the Orange Park neighborhood. We have now closed 3 apartment deals in Jacksonville in the last 15 months!

328 Units closed in Atlanta, GA consisting of a two-property portfolio. Located in southwest Atlanta, only 6 miles from downtown, the property was acquired at less than $99k per door. Most comps are trading at 30% above purchase, we couldn't be more excited about our position.

Major market growth in manufacturing, industrial and business combined with average population growth allows us the opportunity to reposition this asset in the community.

Jamtine Investments is proud to announce the closing of A1 Storage a 43 unit self storage facility located in Tecumseh, Michigan. We finally got this one across the finish line and are excited for the future here.

The property was purchase along with the adjacent 9+ acres of vacant land for future expansion. With this purchase we were able to secure a construction loan to add an additional 40 units on the property starting April 2021.
