What began with the purchase of a vacant lot in 2010 for $18,500 led to the sale of their Matteson Lake home yesterday for $535,000.

Over the years, we've had the privilege of helping them through many chapters of life, celebrating milestones, navigating changes, and finding the right homes for each season.

They tell us this was their last move.

We're grateful for the trust they've placed in us over the years and for the reminder that taking care of your clients is always the right investment.

As you know, we donate 5% of our commissions off the top to a charity of our clients choosing. David and Carol chose to give their 5% to Life Together Nicaragua in support of their children who were missionaries with the organization!
