February market stats are in. Compared to last year, sales prices are up almost 12%, days on market average 31 days (down 38%) and the average list price is $380,319 - up 8%.

Our region continues to experience very high demand and the Charlotte market, in particular, has reached a critically low level of inventory, especially at affordable price points.
