Many buyers are sitting on the sidelines, hoping rates come down before they make a move. That makes sense—but here’s the question:

What happens when everyone decides it’s time to buy?

Right now, many sellers along the Grand Strand are offering price reductions, closing cost assistance, and other concessions to attract buyers.

If rates fall and more buyers flood the market, those same sellers may no longer need to offer those incentives.

The best opportunity isn’t always found in the lowest interest rate.

Sometimes it’s found when you have the most negotiating power.

If you’re waiting because of rates alone, it may be worth taking another look at what’s available today.
