Huge congratulations to Evan & Nicole on officially closing on their Colorado home!!!

You two have been with me through thick and thin, and I truly can’t put into words how grateful I am to have had the honor of helping you make Colorado home. ❤️

From birthdays, late nights, concerts, and all the memories in between — we’ve shared so much together, and getting to be part of this chapter means more than you know.

You guys are truly lifers, and I couldn’t be happier for you. Cheers to new memories, weekends spent traveling to each other’s homes, and all the late nights, laughs, and making this house a home. Love you guys🥂🏡

🏐VOLLEYBALL THIS THURSDAY🏐

A volley lover Brynne and myself are starting a get together for casual pickup volleyball in Ridgway and wanted to spread the word.

Nothing super serious — just a fun way to get outside, meet people, move around, and enjoy the sport. Now that the weather is nice I will be setting up at the athletic park Thursday at 5pm till dusk.

Full hopes of getting together 2x a week.
All skill levels are welcome whether you’ve played for years or just wanna come hang out in the sun.

Part 2

A year of talking almost every day.
�A year of setbacks, changes, and starting over.

There were a lot of moments where it would’ve been easier to give up.
�But we didn’t.
She stayed in it.�We kept working it.�Step by step… until something finally worked.
And just in time—�she got the keys.

$0 down.�$2,300 back at closing.�And a home that’s hers.

And honestly…. This was a good reminder of why I do what I do!

“Is now a good time to buy?”

Truthfully, it's never a black-and-white yes or no answer.
Depends on your timeline, your current position, and your long-term goals.

Here’s what I can share with you locally:
• Buyers have more leverage
• Homes are sitting longer
• Sellers are adjusting expectations
• Concessions are back -If you don't know -you need to before you buy!
• Price reductions are happening quietly
This isn’t a frenzy market.
It’s a strategy market.

Things will begin to shift, it's what happens.

We officially made it 3 months & 3 weeks! That photo was our first drink with a good ol shot and yellow jacket!

We attended a wedding with all of our best friends and couldn't pass up the opportunity to enjoy the moment. It's not everyday that you get to celebrate with all of your loved ones! Congratulations & 🥳

I am so proud of myself for making it as long as I did even though I didn't hit 6 months. No regrets 🥂
