I don’t think I realized how much I needed a change until I made one.

Moving from Denver to Ridgway and starting over in the San Juan Mountains meant a new town, new community, and a completely new real estate market. It hasn’t always been easy, but I’d make the move again.

Now I get to call Southwest Colorado home and help people do the same — whether that means Ridgway, Ouray, Telluride, or somewhere in between.

I’ve lived in all of Denver, Vail, Glenwood Springs, even Pueblooo—and now I call Ridgway home.

Honestly after living in very different parts of Colorado, I genuinely think the stretch from Montrose to Telluride is one of the best places you can live in the state.

Here’s what you need to know ↓
    1. You don’t deal with Front Range traffic every time you want to do something. An afternoon adventure can actually be an afternoon adventure.

    2. You’re surrounded by places people travel across the country to visit. Telluride, Ouray, Ridgway and the San Juans are just… home.

    3. Adventure is in every direction. Skiing, hiking, biking, jeeping, rock climbing, ice climbing, paddle boarding, hot springs, lake days, reading by the river, bird watching, and you don’t have to plan a whole vacation to do any of it.

    4. It’s a destination, not somewhere you just drive through. I think that’s part of what has protected this area from becoming like so many other Colorado mountain corridors.

    5. Each town is completely different. Montrose gives you the everyday conveniences. Ridgway gives you community. Ouray feels like nowhere else in Colorado. Telluride gives you world-class everything tucked into a box canyon.

    6. It still feels like the Colorado people are looking for. That’s the part I don’t think people understand until they spend real time here.

I moved to Ridgway from Denver and the change of pace hit me immediately. Now? I can’t imagine going back. I was just there and wow I can’t believe that was a normal life for me once.

Some of the ways I run my business are not the standard, and I’ve made my peace with that.

After doing this for so long, I know the kind of agent I want to be.

I’m going to tell you what I actually think. I’ll get creative when we need to. I won’t agree with a price just to get your listing. And if I think you’re about to buy the wrong house or overpay for it, I’m going to tell you that too.
I take this job seriously. This is my full-time career, and I care a lot more about you being happy with the decision you made than getting a deal closed.

Huge congratulations to Evan & Nicole on officially closing on their Colorado home!!!

You two have been with me through thick and thin, and I truly can’t put into words how grateful I am to have had the honor of helping you make Colorado home. ❤️

From birthdays, late nights, concerts, and all the memories in between — we’ve shared so much together, and getting to be part of this chapter means more than you know.

You guys are truly lifers, and I couldn’t be happier for you. Cheers to new memories, weekends spent traveling to each other’s homes, and all the late nights, laughs, and making this house a home. Love you guys🥂🏡

🏐VOLLEYBALL THIS THURSDAY🏐

A volley lover Brynne and myself are starting a get together for casual pickup volleyball in Ridgway and wanted to spread the word.

Nothing super serious — just a fun way to get outside, meet people, move around, and enjoy the sport. Now that the weather is nice I will be setting up at the athletic park Thursday at 5pm till dusk.

Full hopes of getting together 2x a week.
All skill levels are welcome whether you’ve played for years or just wanna come hang out in the sun.
