I was working in the nursing field in Portland when I decided to take some time off and travel to Telluride for the winter season and learn how to ski. Instantly falling in love with the town, community and surroundings, I knew I was not going to leave for a very long time. After extending my stay multiple times (by five years) and in addition having a strong work ethic I knew it was time to find
a profession that both embraced the community and outdoor lifestyle. I have been involved in property management, both short and long term rentals, Mountain Village developments and helping to sell and buy luxury real estate. My main focus is to provide the highest level of knowledge, insight and service. I have held positions on both my local and state Boards

At the state level, I sat on the Technology Committee, Public Relations Committee and attended all state MLS Committee meetings. At the local level I made it my mission to enhance member benefits, which ibelieve will in turn lead to more satisfied home owners. For three years I was the Chairperson of the First Time Home Buyers Fund, FTHBF; that I also donate to. I created and helped organize and the Affiliate Committee. As President-Elect, a goal of mine was to grow and develop the TAR affiliates’ and members’ relationships. Realtor connections with the work force of our community are imperative for our second home owners and for the future business of our local small business owners. At the Colorado Association of Realtors, CAR, we implemented the National Association of Realtors, NAR, Young Professional Network, YPN, which I was the Mountain District Liaison. As the Mountain District Liaison I connected brokers, 40 and under, within eight different associations in the Mountain areas of Colorado and the Northwest and Metro Districts. I feel it is very important to enhance our young brokers’ small businesses and help nurture and build a certain level of professionalism.
