As a homeowner we hear the term Equity and others talk about it in our group of friends and Co workers. But what exactly is Equity. Well it's the diffrence between what your home is valued at vs what you owe. It's money you can use for a multitude of things from paying off debt to buying another property. Knowing how much Equity you have built in your property is something recommend for all home owners.

"Action may not always bring happiness, But there is no happiness with out action."

Sometimes in life you have to do things not because they bring joy to you or cause they feel good or because there is instant gratification, but because they must get done. Without these actions your end goal will not be accomplished, and in turn not accomplishing your end goal is worse than doing those things you don't feel like doing.

Discipline is key in every aspect of life.
