What a CRAZY escrow this one was, but so very special all at the same time. This all started back in 2017 when i sold my clients primary residence in Menifee because he had a dream. A dream to own and operate a winery. I have been with them now through the sale of their home, to apartment renting while they built a custom home in wine country, to buying a second lot, lots of vine planting over the years and to now the NEW HOME of their extraordinary wine label ( I'll let them announce it when they are ready) going from 2, 2.5 acre parcels to 1,10 acre parcel and being able to add a tasting room for the public to finally enjoy their remarkable truly organic wine is such a privilege to see evolve. We fought hard to close this one, lots of moving pieces.... but so worth the fight! Congratulations to my buyer. Cheers!
