A new build community with real backyards.

Thought that was like finding a unicorn in the wild or only for the corner lots? Think again :) this new KB community in Menifee is FILLED with them! They’ve got a sweet park, walking trails, and best part? HOA is under $50. You’re welcome 😉👊🏼

Fun tip: love the size of some wall art but wish you knew the dimensions? No tape measure needed, There’s an app for that.

If you have an iPhone, its probably already on your phone, it is literally called “measure”. Simply hold the phone up as if you’re taking a picture of whatever it is you’re trying to measure, and it will give you a read out of the size. Smartphones ftw!

Full disclosure: this photo was taken outside of a closed down walgreens, using my husbands iPhone photography skills, while I was 4? months pregnant.

When I got started with KW, I was so excited to get my business cards printed! It was like another piece to the puzzle coming together. I got all gussied up and tried my best to ignore my sense of awkwardness in asking my husband to play photographer and pose in front of him. Can you tell I’m really not into taking photos of myself?? Lol

Why am I sharing this? Because I want to take a hot minute to encourage anyone who might need these words right now: if there is something on your heart you feel called to do, get out there and do it! No need for permission or professional photography.

Remembering the day we signed up to build this home! Baby girl was so fresh in the womb, my big boy did not want to join in the picture, but overall we were crazy excited!

Going into the process with eyes wide opened and lots of previous research, it’s amazing to look back and realize just how much more was learned along the way. And that is why I will be hosting a new build Q&A coffee night later this month, and I’d like to invite you to join!
