Just listed this Orangecrest gem up in Riverside! Don’t let the photo fool you, took a picture with a sold sign because I knew this one would fly off the market.😅 Only 24 hours and I’ve already gotten over 10 viewing appointments scheduled! The real estate market is wild right now folks, it’s and insanely great time to be selling... and if your a buyer- I hope you have a good agent because competition is tough out there!

The Promontory Community in Temecula is located in a great area, right across the street from Roripaugh Ranch. This community has 3 neighborhoods that vary slightly from each other, they are in a great location just north of the Murrieta- Temecula border. They are currently in the process of building and some units will be available for move-in as early as July. This area is set to be one of the new up-and-coming areas to live in because it is so close to the wineries and is within the distinguished Temecula School District.
