Today we got into escrow with an amazing family, and this one feels extra special. ❤️

The cutest young family is officially on their way to becoming first-time homeowners! 🏡✨

After about a month of searching in several different areas, life and work ultimately led them toward the peaceful country and mountain communities — and I truly think they found exactly where they’re meant to be. 🌲🤍

They are so deserving, so excited, and such a joy to work with. Now we are officially getting to work to get them to the finish line, and I already can’t wait for the day I get to hand over those keys! 🔑
