The Solera Community just got two amazing new homeowners. Congrats🎉, Allison and Chris!!

I connected with Allison back in November. She and Chris needed to move out of their two-story rental and into a single-story home that would provide better accessibility for Chris. Plus, they needed a guest room for when their granddaughter visits and a yard for their two pups.🐾

The original plan was to purchase a mobile home in Redlands, but after reviewing the numbers with Edgar "the Lender" Sarmiento, we discovered a better option with a similar monthly payment. We expanded our search to single-family homes in 55+ communities in Beaumont.

Fast forward and within a month later we found this home that checked all the boxes. After navigating repairs, furniture negotiations, and a few appraisal hurdles with the help of my amazing lender, we made it to the finish line.🏁

Congrats 🎉 Michael and Linh, on securing this beautifully renovated home 🏠 just in time for Christmas!🎄 It truly came together in the most unexpected way.

Back in October, Michael and Linh fell in love with this home, but they didn’t want to rush into a potential bidding war. They decided to stay patient and keep an eye on the property. After almost 30 days, the home remained available. They had planned to attend a scheduled open house on November 5th, but unfortunately, it was canceled at the last minute. What could have been a disappointing moment turned into the perfect opportunity.

I had just finished showing the home to another buyer when Michael and Linh arrived, and I was able to walk them through the home. We then moved quickly and strategically, submitting a strong offer the very next morning.
